# Security Features

When using SmartLaunchpad you will know your client through a rigorous procedure started before any project is able to be listed on SmartLaunchpad, the procedure will begin with project first submitting all their project details to the verification team next will be the live video conversation with all members of the project team and in the future we will aim further to improve listing vetting on SmartLaunchpad, our experts will analyze the plan and hand over any project to our verification department which will then verify each team government photo identification cards or passports and process the project application to the listing according to our answer on the application which then audits the smart contracts though 3rd party vendor like Certik and then once project is approved and listed on our platform and we collect presale money for the project which will be locked by our team for least 4 months to save our community from rug pull scams.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://smartlaunchpad.gitbook.io/docs/ido-application/security-features.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
